I am now 19 years old, and there is a white discolouration in my left eye. Vision also is getting less. Doctors diagnosed it as a corneal scar and advised me for laser treatment, and I want to avoid the laser. Can ayurveda help me?

I am now 30 years old. I had an injury in my right eye due to an accident, and now, the central part of my Cornea is white. Doctors say that treatment is complex, and sometimes, corneal transplantation may be necessary. How can Ayurveda help me?
