Floaters: Patients experience floaters as small dark spots in the visual field. Other shapes are also seen. Floaters are free moving. In eye treatment, this is a very subjective symptom. Macular Edema is a fluid collection in the macular area, one of the most sensitive parts of the retina. It develops serious vision problems.
The main symptoms are blurring of vision and distorted vision. The straight lines seem to be wavy or double. The patient will also experience the dark areas in the central part of the visual field.
If a diabetic patient has ophthalmic complications,
get consent from the treating doctor before starting physical exercises or yoga postures.

Daily application of oil on your head before head bath is very good for preventing eye diseases. But, the selection of oil should be by the direction of an expert eye specialist.
Reading or working on a computer in a moving vehicle will increase your eye strain. So, avoid it.
Do you practice Suryapana (looking at the sun with your naked eye)? It is NOT a good practice for everybody. You have to get consent from your ophthalmologist before practising it.
